現地での確認Die Casting
Die casting the zamak (zinc alloy) material such as coffin handles, crucifix, cross, rose, thumbscrew, casket arm and various of hardware.
Plastic Injection
Plastic material such as PP or ABS by injection machine to produce different of coffin handle, funeral decoration, casket ornament, nameplate. The color can be gold, silver or copper.
Surface Plating (EP)
We supply full range of EP color, such gold, chrome, antique brass, antique copper, nickel brushed, brass brushed, black nickel and so on.
Vacuum Metalization
The plastic items are surface treatment by vacuum metalization, with color ink or painted by UV light to make different color.
Lift Weight Testing
There is demand for the coffin handle to lift weight, especially the metal handle, which should lift or carry more than 120 kgs/pc (1.2KN) to ensure the handles can not broken during funeral ceremony.
Mould Developing
We have ability to OEM or ODM, we will make 3D drawing or sample to confirm with client.
